Staff Analysis of the Legislation
This bill would amend Chapter 2 of Title 26 of the O.C.G.A. to exempt fund-raising activities from the standards in the law when a public or private school or a religious, charitable or similar nonprofit organization prepares edible products for sale or distribution by permitted food service establishments.
