Staff Analysis of the Legislation

            This bill would amend Code Section 20-3-519.5 of the O.C.G.A. to lower the required GPA from 3.0 to 2.0 to maintain the HOPE or to qualify for the HOPE after completion of 30 or 60 semester hours or 45or 90 quarter hours.
