Staff Analysis of the Legislation

            This bill would amend Code Section 20-3-519.5 of the O.C.G.A. to lower the required GPA to maintain a HOPE scholarship or to receive a HOPE scholarship after 30 or 60 semester hours or 45 or 90 quarter hours from a 3.0 GPA to a 2.0 GPA.
