SENATE SUBSTITUTE:

This bill would amend Part 3 of Article 6 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the O.C.G.A. to add the definition of “dual credit course” to match other portions of the law and to allow dual credit coursework in core courses to be weighted as advanced placement and IB courses are weighted to count toward HOPE eligibility if the courses are taken in state institutions by state resident students.
