HOUSE SUBSTITUTE:

This bill would amend Code Section 48-9-3 of the O.C.G.A. to exempt school systems from motor fuel excise taxes. This exemption would be available from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2015 and would apply exclusively to fuel used to operate school buses when the fuel is bought by the school system.
