This bill would amend Article 7 of Chapter 3 of Title 20 of the O.C.G.A. to allow a private college being accredited within the last eleven, not seven, years and working to re-attain accreditation to receive a student on a HOPE scholarship or grant.

 If a high schools accredited by one or more of the existing list of accrediting agencies can show it was accredited within the past two years, their graduates would be eligible during the time period of July 1, 2013 and June 30, 2015.
