This bill would amend Code Section 20-3-519 of the O.C.G.A. to change the SAT requirement to graduating in the top 3% of the class, including valedictorian. It would also allow students currently in college to qualify for the Zell Miller Scholar program if they would have been eligible under the proposed qualification as a high school graduate.
