This resolution proposes a Constitutional Amendment to change the name of the Department of Technical and Adult Education in the Constitution to the Technical College System of Georgia, and it would provide the General Assembly the authority to pass laws that would limit the amount of tuition that the TCSG or BOR could charge students receiving HOPE scholarships or grants.
