Staff Analysis of the Legislation

This bill would amend Title 36 of the O.C.G.A. to require that the Georgia Procurement Registry  be used in addition to the official legal organ and other media outlets for advertisement of bids for goods and services valued at $10,000 or more and for construction contracts valued at $100,000 or more.
