Staff Analysis of the Legislation
This bill would amend Subpart 2 of Part 2 of Article 16 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the O.C.G.A. to require the principal or his/her designee to notify parents of all students in the school if a weapon has been brought to school by a student or unauthorized individual or has been found on school grounds.
