This resolution proposes establishment of a LBOE Study Committee composed of five members of the House appointed by the Speaker. The purpose would be to study the relationship between the state and LBOE’s as well as the relationship between SACS and LBOE’s. The committee could recommend any actions or legislation it deemed necessary.
