This bill would amend Chapter 2A of Title 20 of the O.C.G.A. to prohibit actual or perceived discrimination by any qualified school or program or student scholarship organization regarding hiring or admission. It would also prohibit discrimination in the awarding of scholarships or grants by student scholarship organizations.
