This bill would amend Part 6 of Article 17 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the O.C.G.A. to include personnel employed by regional and county libraries in any health insurance plan offered to public school employees. The local employers of the library employees would be responsible for the collection and payment to the LBOE any necessary salary deductions and employer contributions. The LBOE would then make the payments to the DCH.
