Staff Analysis of the Legislation

            This bill would amend Code Section 20-2-316 of the O.C.G.A. to provide that no high school receiving state funding could participate in GHSA unless the association classifies private schools by multiplying the student population by 1.5. [This is a “sister” bill to HB 249 by Representative Neal.]
