Staff Analysis of the Legislation

            This bill would amend Code Section 40-6-163 of the O.C.G.A, to specify the activation of a school bus’ amber flash lights not less than 200 feet from both sides of a designated school bus stop.  Drivers would be in violation if they did not stop and stay stopped until the flashers turned off.
