This bill would amend Code Section 20-8-1 of the O.C.G.A. to remove the portion of the definition of “campus” that extended a campus to include public or private property within 500 yards of actual border of the campus and ¼ of a mile of any public street or sidewalk connecting different buildings of the same educational facility, if the county where the institution is located has a population of 400,00 or more.
