Staff Analysis of the Legislation

            This bill would amend Part 7 of Article 7 of Chapter 3 of Title 20 of the O.C.G.A. to provide that incarcerated individuals who qualify for HOPE GED vouchers during incarceration may use them within 12 months of release.
