This bill would amend Article 7 of Chapter 8 of Title 34 of the O.C.G.A. to change eligibility for unemployment benefits of certain persons. It eliminates the heading: “Benefits based on service in educational institutions;” however, the listed provisions remain the same. It adds a paragraph that removes eligibility for unemployment for persons providing private contracted services to an educational institution.
