This bill would amend Chapter 87 of Title 36 of the O.C.G.A. and Chapter 1 of Title 50 of the O.C.G.A. to prohibit any local authority from accepting federal funds in any form (including loans or grants) or for any purpose unless approved by an Act of the General Assembly.
