Staff Analysis of the Legislation

 bill would amend Article 2 of Chapter 5 of Title 49 of the O.C.G.A. to provide school personnel who are required to report child abuse with notice from D.F.A.C.S. regarding receipt of the report within 24 hours of the filing of the report and upon completion of the investigation.
