HB 406 (Representative Parsons, R-44th)

Amends Code section 20-2-143 relating to the requirement for boards to provide a course of student in sex education and AIDS prevention,  to include age-appropriate sexual abuse and assault awareness and prevention education in kindergarten through grade 12.

Code Sections 20-2-200 and 2-2-201, to add in-service training programs on sexual abuse and asault awareness and prevention as appropriate professional learning activities for certificate renewal.
