  • If they do need procedure for public notification, review and input

  •  Local Boards shall have a review of instructional materials to be used in instruction, not supplementary or ancillary materials

  • Materials are those used as the principal source of instruction

  • Local Board needs policies and procedures for the review process.

  • One employee must be designated as the contact person for inquires

  • All information needs to be placed on the web site

  • All materials need to be available for review on request.
