HB 313 (Reps. Dickey-R, Nimmer-R, and Coomer-R)

Amends O.C.G.A. § 45-20-32 to allow each full-time, nontemporary state employee to apply for up to 8 hours of paid leave each calendar year for the purpose of promoting education in this state.  The State Personnel Board is directed to develop and submit to the governor rules and regulations necessary to administer this provision.
