Enabling legislation for HR 394, a proposed Constitutional Amendment to allow Local Boards of Education and any Independent School Districts within the county to develop an agreement on how ESPLOST proceeds are distributed between the districts.  In cases in which no agreement can be reached, the proceeds would be distributed proportionately, based on enrollment ration in each district.
