WHAT PROBLEM/OPPORTUNITY DOES THIS LEGISLATION ADDRESS?

The Chiropractor practice act was 70 + years olds and full of antiquated terms and procedures no longer used.  This bill updates that act and is more specific in defining what they can do under their scope of practice.
