SB 212 prevents private information of state employees from being subject to open records requests. Currently, this protection is only afforded to school system employees. The change would exempt the personal information of all state employees.

This bill received a Do Pass recommendation from the Judiciary Committee and comes to the House Floor under the Modified Structured Rule.
