Staff Analysis of the Legislation

Clarifies that the terms, conditions, covenants, and provisions of the documents creating and regulating a multiple housing cooperative or horizontal property regime (condominium) shall continue and remain in full force and effect for so long as the coop or condominium is in existence, unless amended or terminated as provided in the governing document or Code Chapters 499A or 499B.
