    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 23-23-75 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT BEFORE A PERSON MAY BE CERTIFIED OR RECERTIFIED AS A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER HE MUST BE CERTIFIED TO PERFORM CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION.
