Summary: Unmanned aerial vehicles
    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 16-3-1065 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IT IS UNLAWFUL TO OPERATE AN UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE, AN UNPILOTED AERIAL VEHICLE, OR A REMOTELY PILOTED AERIAL VEHICLE IN AN ILLEGAL AIRSPACE; TO PROVIDE THAT THE OWNER OF THESE VEHICLES MUST REGISTER THEM WITH THE AERONAUTICS COMMISSION, AND TO PROVIDE PENALTIES.
