Summary: County and municipality budgets
    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 6-1-83 SO AS TO PROHIBIT A COUNTY OR MUNICIPALITY FROM ADOPTING A BUDGET IN WHICH THE TOTAL PROJECTED REVENUE FOR THE UPCOMING FISCAL YEAR INCLUDES REVENUES ATTRIBUTABLE TO TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS IN THE UPCOMING FISCAL YEAR, AND TO PROHIBIT THE APPROPRIATION OF SUCH REVENUES IN THE FISCAL YEAR IN WHICH IT IS COLLECTED.
