    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-5-1030, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO UNLAWFUL INTERFERENCE WITH TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES AND RAILROAD SIGNS AND SIGNALS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THIS SECTION ALSO APPLIES TO PORTABLE ROAD CLOSURE SIGNS AND DEVICES, AND TO THE UNLAWFUL REPOSITIONING OF TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES AND RAILROAD SIGNS AND SIGNALS.
