    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 13, TITLE 24, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO INMATES IN CORRECTION OR DETENTION FACILITIES, TO PROVIDE THAT IT IS UNLAWFUL FOR A PERSON TO INDECENTLY EXPOSE HIS PERSON IN A CORRECTIONAL OR DETENTION FACILITY, TO PROVIDE PENALTIES, AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE SENTENCE IS TO RUN CONSECUTIVELY TO ANY OTHER SENTENCE THE PERSON IS SERVING.
