    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 30-9-37 SO AS TO PROHIBIT RECORDS OF CERTAIN MINOR TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS FROM APPEARING IN PUBLIC INDEXES, AND TO DIRECT ALL COUNTY CLERKS OF COURT TO REMOVE SUCH RECORDS WITHIN SIX MONTHS AFTER THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ACT.
