The amendments require the SC Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office to be the agency to publish notice of the CPI change and changes the effective date to one year after publication of the notice of cap adjustment. Summary of the bill as introduced: Increases the limits from a loss to one person from a single occurrence to $1 million, and increases the total limits from a loss arising out of a single occurrence to $2 million. |
