    A JOINT RESOLUTION TO CREATE THE "SOUTH CAROLINA FLOOD INSURANCE STUDY COMMITTEE" TO STUDY WHETHER COASTAL MUNICIPALITIES ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH CERTAIN GUIDELINES AND IF STRONGER GUIDELINES WOULD REDUCE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH FLOODING IN COASTAL COMMUNITIES, TO PROVIDE FOR MEMBERSHIP OF THE STUDY COMMITTEE, AND TO REQUIRE THE STUDY COMMITTEE TO PREPARE A REPORT FOR THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
