Summary of the bill as introduced: Revises the definition of criminal gang and provides for enhanced criminal penalties for gang related offenses.The bill also sets bond at least at $50,000 cash for a criminal gang member charged with a felony offense unless the defendant is unlikely to reoffend and submits to intensive pretrial supervision. |
