    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-5-750, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE OFFENSE OF FAILURE TO STOP A MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN SIGNALED TO STOP BY A LAW ENFORCEMENT VEHICLE, SO AS TO INCREASE CERTAIN PENALTIES ASSOCIATED WITH A VIOLATION OF THIS PROVISION.
