Summary: Water or sewer service revised rate schedule
    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 58-5-267 SO AS TO REQUIRE AS PART OF THE FILING OF A PROPOSED NEW OR REVISED RATE SCHEDULE FOR WATER OR SEWER SERVICE PROVIDED BY A PRIVATELY OWNED PUBLIC UTILITY, THAT THE UTILITY SHALL MAKE CERTAIN INDEPENDENTLY PREPARED AND AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS REGARDING INDIVIDUAL AND SEPARABLE OPERATING ENTITIES OF THE UTILITY.
