Requiring the owner of a blighted property to either list the property
for sale with a licensed real estate broker at a price that does not
exceed a specified amount or remediate the property's code violations
in a specified manner and within a specified period of time;
authorizing the appropriate unit of local government to grant an
extension of the required time periods for remediation; prohibiting an
owner of a blighted property from listing the property for lease until
the property meets specified code requirements; etc.
