Staff Analysis of the Legislation

 
This bill would further define the term "public employee" to provide that 
a person employed by a local school board at a school within the board's 
jurisdiction in a capacity other than as a principal or administrator at 
the school shall not be considered a public employee under the Alabama
Code of Ethics.
