Is
it possible to define the term “geotechnical report” in HB37? I didn’t see a
definition of the term in the bill and the concept spans the stratosphere. I
don’t think there is a problem with the added language or any interest in
slowing things down. It just seems appropriate to clarify what qualifies
as a geotechnical report for the property. |
