Staff Analysis of the Legislation

SB181.   UDOT, the PRC and I were able to persuade Sen Harper to revise the HPTC bill language he presented in interim.  The result is the language that is now in SB181. 

To get UDOT comfortable with the change, I offered to help UDOT draft a "notice request" letter that UDOT will send annually to each jurisdiction with a HPTC.  

The language on lines 217-219 is not mine.  It pertains to canal company notice of subdivision plat applications.
