The Revenue and Taxation Interim Committee recommends this bill to repeal outdated provisions and to reorganize, redraft, and update provisions related to property tax exemptions, deferrals, and abatements. The bill also allows a person to appeal certain county-level tax decisions to the State Tax Commission. |
