Staff Analysis of the Legislation
This bill is recommended by the Political Subdivisions Interim Committee to correct a drafting error in Utah Code 11-60-103. The word "municipality" is changed to "lienholder" to clarify that section (2)(c) applies to all liens recorded on the property by a political subdivision and not just to liens recorded by a municipality.
