This bill: modifies the definition of "health professional" as the term relates to certain sexual offenses; modifies certain criminal offenses and penalties relating to: dealing in material harmful to minors between a young adult and adolescent; obstruction of alcoholic beverage control investigations; registration as a sex offender; rendering a dead body unavailable for postmortem investigation; repeated violations of the Minimum Wage Act; and theft; repeals the criminal offenses of adultery and sodomy; provides immunity from prosecution for the offenses of prostitution and sexual solicitation under certain circumstances; and makes technical changes.
