This bill reduces the Free Market Protection and Privatization Board from 17 to 11 members and membership consists of three members from the Legislature recommended by the Senate President and Speaker of the House, one member representing public employees, one member from state management, four members from the private business community, and two members representing local entities as recommended by the Utah League of Cities and Towns, the Utah Association of Counties, and the Utah Association of Special Districts.
