Staff Analysis of the Legislation
This bill expands the Jordan River Recreation Area from 4300 South to 4800 South, specifies that the aviary the Jordan River Commission may support is the Tracy Aviary, and provides that the Commission may remove invasive species 250 yards on each side of the Jordan River.
