This bill would require water conservation plans to include a plan on how to reach 175 gallons a day per capita use, the cost for a water supplier to attain that goal, and the cost to consumers if that level is not reached. ULCT supports the conservation efforts in the bill, but has concerns about the one-size-fits-all approach.
