This bill prohibits a taxing entity that is not the community that created an agency from charging the agency certain administrative fees and limits an agency's reporting requirements to only the reports required by law. If a community reinvestment project area plan provides solely for non-residential project area development, this bill removes the requirement for an agency to provide a housing allocation. |
