Staff Analysis of the Legislation

This legislation would allow the Governor’s Office of Economic Development to include the benefits provided to working parents when providing economic development tax credits.  Working parent benefits include nonwage compensation to employees receive to assist with child care.  

Municipal Impact: HB 333 does not have a direct on municipalities and also failed in the House.
